#12 The Raising Caines

When talking to friends it is not uncommon for our conversations to turn to food. We usually talk about what we ate last night or what we will be eating soon. But something that is always mentioned is Raising Canes. Hearing how great that fast food restaurant was from so many different people really made me want to try it. So one day I decided to do just that and dine at a Canes. To say I was disappointed was an understatement.

While I didn't hate the experience it was nothing like how it was described to me. I ordered their chicken fingers and without exaggeration, the chicken was extremely dry. Alone they are so hard to eat because they taste terrible. Their saving grace was only Cane's signature sauce. The sauce is what made the chicken edible. It masks the taste and helps with the dryness. The fries from Canes were also mediocre. They had nothing special going for them and again what made them taste better was the sauce. I was so disappointed by what I offered that I enjoyed drinking their fountain soda more than eating the food in front of me.

I don't understand what exactly is so appealing about canes that makes it so popular among people. I would really like to know what people like about canes. It seems like a pretty low-quality food restaurant with a good sauce that made it popular. While I don't like it, I still want to hear your opinions about the restaurant and what makes it good. That's going to be it for today, thank you for reading!

I understand that I said a lot of bad things about Canes, but their bread is absolutely delicious. I would love to have it every day!!
