#13 Describing Food
When thinking of my most memorable food, there is only one that comes to mind. I have consistently had it as my breakfast every single day for my entire life, and that is fried eggs. While I am not consistent at making them good all the time I just love how my parents make them. I love the consistency that the eggs always are. They aren't too solid to where it's like eating egg flavored Jell-O, but they also aren't too liquid where they are just too runny. I enjoy the soft bite that is the same all throughout the egg. I love that the yolk stays runny so that it can cover the cooked whites in it's distinct flavor. The slight amount of salt allows for the eggs to get a mouth watering flavor that to me is almost unmatched by any other breakfast option. My parents haven't just made eggs by themselves.
