 In college, it is very common to have bad eating habits that are often very unhealthy. It is easy to fall into the hole of buying fast or instant food. Unhealthy foods like that can often be forgiven for their convenience; but, there are better options. Online meal preps or following healthy recipes. There are online services like HomeChef where you can pick meals that you want to prepare and they bring the ingredients right to your door. It is a reliable service that's inexpensive and easy to use. It is a convenient service and it can get someone into the habit of preparing their own food. Another similar service is EveryPlate which does the same thing. If meal preps aren't your thing online recipes can also be found anywhere and many are very cheap and easy to make, perfect for a college student.  It is always good to maintain a healthy diet, especially in college. A guide to the egg.

 Many people when they get into college and begin moving out don't know many essential skills needed to live alone, One of them being cooking. Since college students often don't have much money to spend here is a budget-friendly recipe. For this meal, we will be making eggs sunny side up. I personally like to use olive oil but you are free to use any substitute. I will usually put just enough oil to cover the majority of the bottom of a pan. To begin warming the oil turn the heat of your stove to medium-high. After about a minute of letting the oil heat up turn down your stove to less than medium heat, and you will be getting ready to place the eggs in. On the side of the stove lightly tap your eggs 2-3 times until there is a crack through the egg. You will then dig your thumbs into the eggshell to separate the two halves.
